We connect via video link, and by using various tools such as TeamViewer, TeamViewer Pilot, a tablet and a GoPro camera/headset, you can access our experienced service technicians wherever you are.

Warranty

When buying ScandiNova’s products, a 1 year warranty is included. We follow Orgalime S2012 – general conditions for the supply of mechanical, electrical and electronic products. In short, these provisions mean that we as a supplier must rectify any faults within a reasonable period of time, assuming normal use. 

Extended Warranty

We offer the possibility to extend the warranty period up to 3 years.
