ScandiNova is mainly owned by the investment company Bure Equity AB (28%) and two venture capital investors, Industrifonden (32%) and SEB Venture Capital (22%). The remaining shares are distributed between private owners and employees.

Industrifonden, based in Sweden, is an early stage venture capital fund that was founded 1979 and with assets of 500 MUSD. Bure is an investment company and a good owner. By actively building successful companies and operations with a long-term perspective, Bure generates an attractive return for its shareholders. Bure was listed on Nasdaq Stockholm in 1993. Today, Bure has a net asset value of approximately SEK 15 billion consisting of fourteen portfolio companies, of which seven are listed.
