Repair and Refurbish - Extending product life with sustainability in focus
At ScandiNova, we believe sustainability goes hand in hand with performance. With our Repair and Refurbishment Agreements, we give our products a second life — reducing waste, saving resources, and supporting our customers with reliable, cost-efficient solutions.
The Agreements offer fixed prices for different levels of repairs and refurbish.
Repair Agreement
Secure uptime, extend product life, and optimize cost efficiency.
With a Repair Agreement, you gain peace of mind knowing that repairs of your Tank Unit and Pulse Unit are covered at a fixed cost – either per repair or as part of a 3-year agreement.
We offer two service levels:

Repair and functionality test – Includes all repairs of the covered unit, followed by a functionality test. A new warranty is issued for the repaired part.

Repair and FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) – Includes all repairs of the covered unit, followed by a new FAT. A new warranty is issued for the repaired part.
The agreement can be purchased as a one-time repair or as a 3-year service plan, giving you predictable costs and reliable performance.
Refurbishment Agreement
Extend product life and restore your system to peak condition with our Refurbishment Agreement. This service can be purchased as a one-time refurbishment or as a 3-year agreement, giving you flexibility based on your needs.
We offer two refurbishment levels:

Level 1 – Refurbish and functionality test
All visible defects are handled through cleaning or replacement, making the unit look as new on the outside. Parts subject to natural wear over time are replaced, and a functionality test is performed. A new warranty is issued for the replaced parts. -
Level 2 – Full refurbish and FAT
All visible defects are handled, and the unit is restored to an as-new condition. Defined parts and all wear-sensitive components are replaced. A new FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) is performed, and a new warranty is issued on the complete unit
