ScandiNova is pleased to announce that Susanna Eriksson will become the company’s new Managing Director, taking up the role on September 1, 2026. She will also join the executive group management of Nodica Group AB.
Susanna Eriksson succeeds Niklas Edling, who has held the dual role of CEO of Nodica Group and Managing Director of ScandiNova since 2021. Going forward, Niklas will focus fully on his role as CEO of Nodica Group, where ScandiNova is one of four businesses, alongside Scanditronix Magnet AB, International Electric Company Oy (IECO), and Microwave Amps Ltd.
“I am delighted to welcome Susanna to ScandiNova. She is a highly regarded leader with a strong ability to build engagement, develop teams, and grow businesses. ScandiNova is in an exciting phase, with growth in both established and new application areas, and I look forward to working together with Susanna as we take the company’s development to the next level. With her extensive experience, she will also be a valuable addition to Nodica Group’s executive group management,” says Niklas Edling, CEO of Nodica Group.
Susanna Eriksson has extensive experience leading technology- and knowledge-intensive organizations, driving results through strong collaboration, innovation, and a high level of engagement. She most recently held the role of CEO of Scienta Scientific AB and Managing Director of Scienta Omicron and has been part of the Scienta Scientific Group since 2016. Susanna holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a PhD in Physical Chemistry from Uppsala University.
“I have followed ScandiNova for many years and have been impressed by the company’s technical excellence, strong international position, and successful growth journey. The opportunity to contribute to the next phase of the company’s development feels both inspiring and highly motivating. I look forward to working together with employees, customers, and partners to continue developing ScandiNova and creating value through innovation, quality, and long-term relationships,” says Susanna Eriksson.
The appointment of a dedicated Managing Director for ScandiNova is a natural step in Nodica Group’s continued development. The change creates a clearer division of responsibility between group management and the individual businesses, and strengthens the foundation for ScandiNova’s continued growth.
