New order from Vaisala – ScandiNova contributes to modernization of weather radar networks in Spain and Greece

The M060 is ScandiNova’s most compact magnetron pulse modulator, designed for easy integration into customer applications. It is air-cooled, powered by single-phase AC, and optimized for magnetrons with an RF peak power ranging from 0.2 MW to 2 MW. All interlocks and essential diagnostics are fully integrated, and the modern control system provides a user-friendly interface where pulse length, amplitude, and repetition rate can easily be adjusted.

By replacing older technology, our solutions provide higher reliability, improved performance, and greater flexibility. The result is weather radar systems that deliver increased value to Vaisala’s customers and greater benefits for society.
