Lisa Carlsson joins ScandiNova as new Head of HR

Uppsala, Sweden, August 30, 2022. ScandiNova Systems AB, a leading provider of next generation high-voltage pulsed power systems, today announced that Lisa Carlsson has been appointed new Head of HR, effected 5 September. Lisa will report directly to Niklas Edling, CEO, and be part of the Executive Management Team.

At ScandiNova, Lisa will set the strategic HR agenda supporting the operational objective enabling ScandiNova’s growth. Her focus will be on enhancing talent management and talent attraction, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and programs.

Prior to joining ScandiNova, Lisa has served as Global HR business partner at Sobi.

Lisa brings more than 17 years of experience in Human Resource from various strategic HR roles in industries such as finance, steel, and pharma. Lisa earned her bachelor in Human resource and organizational theory from Karlstad university.
