Let us introduce Anton Chan – our new Technical Account Manager. But what does a Technical Account Manager at ScandiNova Systems actually do?

Anton joined ScandiNova’s staff as early as 2014, originally in the form of a QA engineer. By then, he had just finished the job as Quality Engineer at Atlas Copco. The position was then combined with a responsibility as a project manager. Anton has now taken one step further to become ScandiNova’s new Technical Account Manager.

How would you describe your role as a Technical Account Manager?

I have just started my role as Technical Account Manager and am getting acquainted with the technology and the specific applications. When I am more comfortable with my role, I will be more efficient with customer support and with developing and improving the customers applications using our products and systems.

What's most fascinating about your job as a Technical Account Manager?

To learn more about the customers applications and to build a long term relationship with them.

How would you describe ScandiNova as a company? How is the team?

ScandiNova is currently in a phase of change to handle the strong growth that has taken place in recent years. The team works dynamically and is goal-focused.
