A normal working day usually starts at 07.00 a.m. I begin with taking care of reporting of material linked to completed production orders from the day before, check with my employees if we have any disruptions in production and how we stand in relation to our current deadlines.
A lot of time is spent supporting the team, it can be anything from structuring material storage to contacting QA for deviation management. With my background as an assembler, I work, as often as I can, down “on the floor” and help the team in the daily work. In addition to this, there will be some meetings to attend.
